Shipping Policy

Business Hours: Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:30 PM (Eastern Standard Time, GMT-05:00) (excluding U.S. federal holidays).

Order Cut-Off Time: 5:00 PM EST.

• Orders placed before 5:00 PM EST will be processed on the same business day.
• Orders placed after 5:00 PM EST, or during weekends/holidays, will be processed on the next business day.

Order Confirmation: Once your order is placed, you will receive an automatic confirmation email with your order details. Please retain this email for your records.

Processing Time: Our standard processing time is 1–5 business days, depending on product availability, order volume, and customization requirements.

⚠️ Note: During peak seasons (e.g., holidays or promotional events), processing may take slightly longer due to increased order volume.

Our fulfillment center observes the following U.S. federal holidays. Orders placed on or near these dates will be processed on the next business day:

• Presidents’ Day – February 17
• Memorial Day – May 26
• Independence Day – July 4
• Labor Day – September 1
• Thanksgiving Day – November 27
• Christmas Day – December 25

We partner with trusted carriers such as USPS, DHL, and UPS, along with regional delivery services, to ensure secure and timely delivery.

Free Shipping Promotions: When offered, eligibility and terms will be clearly displayed on our website banners or promotional materials.

All shipping costs are displayed at checkout before payment confirmation.

• Handling Time: 1–5 business days
• Transit Time: 7–15 business days (depending on your destination and shipping carrier)

Total Delivery Time = Handling Time + Transit Time

• If your order contains multiple items, they may be shipped separately to expedite delivery.

At this time, KindoraShop.com ships only within the contiguous United States (48 mainland states).

We do not currently ship to:

• Alaska
• Hawaii
• Puerto Rico
• Guam
• U.S. Virgin Islands
• APO/FPO/DPO military addresses
• International destinations

All orders must include a valid U.S. street address. Orders submitted with P.O. boxes or incomplete addresses may be delayed or canceled.

To ensure smooth delivery, please double-check your shipping details before submitting your order.

• Deliveries to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
• Packages delayed or lost due to forwarding or redirection errors.
• Orders returned or discarded due to invalid address information.

If your order is returned to our warehouse due to an incorrect or incomplete address, reshipment fees may apply.

Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking link to monitor your package in real-time.

Please allow:

• 1–2 business days after shipment for tracking to activate in the carrier’s system.
• During holidays or high-volume times, tracking updates may be slightly delayed.
